I started with a deep UX audit, mapping photographer habits against the legacy UI. The teardown exposed clear contradictions: visual clutter, inconsistent data displays, and missing affordances. Uncovering these gaps turned ambiguity into a blueprint for a cleaner, modern architecture

FLOATING DESKTOP COMPANION
Additionally, designed a lightweight, minimized mode that floats over the workspace, giving photographers instant, low-friction access to compression without disrupting their daily desktop workflow
