Guesty is a property management platform designed for short-term and vacation rental management. It helps property managers and hosts streamline operations by offering tools for automation, booking management, communication, and more. To date, Guesty has raised a total of $410 million in funding across multiple rounds.
As the first and sole product designer for two and a half years, I led the design of the platform, its brand, and its complex features from the ground up. Each feature operated as a standalone product, interconnected with others, and required a bird’s-eye view approach. I owned the end-to-end UX and UI processes, collaborating with over 10 product managers and development teams to map needs and scopes, define workflows, and deliver final designs.
